On Thursday evening, April 28, Silverspot Cinema in University Place is hosting a fundraiser to benefit WCOM-FM, Carrboro’s community radio station. (Click here to buy tickets.) The event begins at 6 pm with heavy hors d’oeuvres and a chance to meet some of WCOM’s show hosts; your ticket also includes admission to a movie of your choice at Silverspot (which you can use on a different night).
